The Intendia Group is a leading provider of private education with operations mainly in Norway and Sweden. Anthon B Nilsen AS is, directly and indirectly, the majority shareholder in Intendia with 59 per cent of the shares. A further 39 per cent of the shares are controlled by a charitable trust, Anthonstiftelsen.

Core activities and programs offered by the Intendia Group, are within vocational education, adult training programs, and job search skills and support. The Group runs 7 unique brands that every year assist over 35,000 people build a new future through training and skills development. Furthermore, the subsidiary Junglemap is a pioneer in developing and the provision of module-based, digital distributed education programs – so-called nano-based training – for the business market.

The focus of the Group’s offering is always to qualify individuals for the job market of today and tomorrow for the benefit of society, the employers, and the individuals. In addition to the development of advanced programs for vocational education, the Group has employed its united efforts to develop tailored education programs for “drop-outs” – e.g. people who have had to drop out from schools or the workplace due to physical or social disabilities.
